摘要
通过形态学数据和分子序列数据分析,报道了产自长白山的中国东北地区1新记录子囊菌——波托绿杯菌(Chlorociboria poutouensis P.R.Johnst.).基于产自长白山自然保护区的材料对该种进行描述,并提交ITS序列至Gen Bank数据库.凭证标本保存于长白山科学研究院菌物标本馆.
        A newly recorded species in Changbai Mountain of Northeastern China,Chlorociboria poutouensis was identified by analysis of morphological and molecular data. A detailed description was provided on the basis of materials about Changbai Mountain Nature Reserve,and the r DNA-ITS sequence was submitted to GenBank.Voucher specimens were deposited in the Fungarium of Changbai Mountain Academy of Sciences( FCAS).
