摘要
以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学法是现代新型的教学方法之一,PBL教学法是以把学习代入问题情境中为重点,通过成员合作的模式解决问题,探索出问题中的科学知识,能够进一步解决问题、激发自主学习的能力。中医哮喘的临床病证复杂,导致医学生在中医哮喘的临床带教中学习效果不佳。经过多次中医哮喘病证的临床带教尝试,表明PBL教学法能够进一步提高医学生们对中医哮喘的认识,优化中医临床带教的教学效果,促进培养医学生的临床思维,利于师生们相互沟通与交流,值得临床带教推广应用。
        The teaching method of PBL(problem-based learning PBL) is one of the modern novel teaching methods, PBL teaching method is a focus for the substitution of situational learning problems, solves the problem through the member cooperation mode, ex-plores problems in scientific knowledge, further solves the problem, and stimulates independent learning ability. The clinical syn-dromes of traditional Chinese medicine are complicated, which leads to the poor learning effect of medical students in traditional Chinese medicine clinical teaching. After times of clinical teaching attempts of asthma syndromes in TCM, it showed that PBL teaching method can further improve the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine for asthma medical students, optimize TCM clinical teaching effect, promote the cultivation of clinical thinking of medical students, help teachers and students to communicate and exchange, and is worthy of promotion in clinical teaching.
