摘要
基于新能源汽车发展战略需要,以JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》为依据,针对徐州徐工汽车制造有限公司纯电动专用车车载磷酸铁锂电池特性测试项目,运用Chroma 17011电芯测试系统,以相关检测技术要求及试验环境条件要求为基础,获取测试数据并首次引入不确定度概念,分析车载磷酸铁锂电池在恒流放电条件下,试验得到的容量值其测试误差波动的不确定度评定过程与方法。
On the base of new energy vehicles development strategy needs and the "national meteorological specification" JJF 1059.1-2012,according to Xuzhou Xugong Automobile Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.electric vehicle on-board lithium iron phosphate battery experimental measurement project,by using Chroma 17011 batteries testing system,on the basis of related technical requirements and the experimental environment conditions,obtained test data and firstly came up with the uncertainty introduced concept,and analyzed on-board lithium iron phosphate batteries in electric constant exile that its capacity value fluctuation of uncertainty evaluation process and methods.
