摘要
为了实现调度端对厂站端二次设备在线监视与分析,提出建立智能变电站网络报文记录分析装置采集信息模型。模型由公共、告警、SV协议、GOOSE协议及MMS协议等逻辑设备组成。从网络报文记录分析装置采集信息的特性分析出发,研究了过程层和站控层网络信息的异常状态形成原因及特征量,将智能变电站二次设备运行状态关键信息整理和抽取,形成暂态数据交换文件和稳态数据交换文件,并上送至调度端,在二次设备可视化状态监视和智能站高级应用功能工程实用化等方面进行研究和探索。
        In order to realize online supervision and analysis of secondary equipment of the plant/station end at the dispatch end, this paper proposed an information acquisition model for the network message recording and analyzing device at the smart substation, which was composed of logic devices such as public information, alarm, SV protocol, GOOSE protocol and MMS protocol. Starting from the analysis of the features of the information acquired through network message recording and analyzing devices, this paper discussed the causes of abnormal state of the network information as well as its characteristic quantity at the process level and the station level. Key information about the operating state of the secondary equipment at the smart substation was sorted out and extracted to generate transient-state data exchange file and steady-state data exchange file, which were sent up to the dispatch end. This paper conducted a study on visualized state monitoring of secondary equipment as well as practical engineering for advanced application functions of the smart substation.
