袋式除尘器移动式清灰机构

摘要
袋式除尘器移动式清灰机构是对传统清灰装置的优化和改进。通过将喷吹管与气包刚性连接形成移动机构,在清灰过程中,整个移动机构定距移动,对滤袋进行逐列清灰。此机构可大大减少除尘器脉冲喷吹清灰所使用的喷吹管以及相对应脉冲阀的数量,减少设备投资。而且,也避免了更换滤袋时反复拆装喷吹管,方便工人后期维护且节省维护成本。
The movable cleaning mechanism of bag filter is the optimization and improvement of the traditional cleaning equipment.Rigidly conneted the blowpipe with the airbag to form a movable mechanism.In the process of cleaning,the entire movable mechanism is moved by a fixed distance,and the filter bags were cleaned rowby row.This mechanism can greatly reduce the number of blowpipes and corresponding pulse valves,so as to reduce the equipment investment.Moreover,it can avoid the repeated assembly and installationof the blowpipes andsave maintenance costswhenthe filter bags need to be replaced,which facilitates the worker's later maintenance.
