摘要

特色小镇是新型城镇化的新标杆,是乡镇转型发展的新引擎,建设特色小镇是促进乡村振兴的一个有力途径.将价值工程的理论和方法经过融合改进,以龙泉青瓷小镇为例,运用到小镇的建设之中,希望能为特色小镇的发展提供一定的参考依据.
        The characteristic town is a new benchmark of new-type urbanization and a new engine of township transformation and development. The construction of characteristic town is a powerful way to promote rural revitalization. In this paper, the theory and method of value engineering are integrated and improved. Taking the town of blue porcelain in longquan as an example, this paper applies it to the construction of the town, hoping to provide some reference basis for the development of the characteristic town.
