金钱草颗粒联合加替沙星治疗尿路感染的疗效观察

摘要
目的观察金钱草颗粒联合加替沙星治疗尿路感染的临床疗效。方法选取2015年7月—2016年6月平顶山市第一人民医院收治的尿路感染患者106例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各53例。对照组患者口服加替沙星片,0.4 g/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服金钱草颗粒,10 g/次,3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗2周。治疗后,观察两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者尿细菌培养转阴率、退热时间、症状消失时间、尿检白细胞转阴时间以及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为83.02%、96.23%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组和治疗组的尿细菌培养转阴率分别为79.25%、94.34%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组平均退热时间、症状平均消失时间和尿检白细胞转阴时间均明显短于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义。结论金钱草颗粒联合加替沙星治疗尿路感染疗效显著,细菌清除较好,不良反应较少,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jinqiancao Granules combined with gatifloxacin in treatment of urinary tract infection. Methods Patients(106 cases) with urinary tract infection in Pingdingshan NO.1 People's Hospital from July 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 53 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Gatifloxacin Tablets, 0.4 g/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jinqiancao Granules on the basis of the control group, 10 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and urine bacterial culture negative rate, average antipyretic time, symptoms disappeared time, urine WBC clearance time, and adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 83.02% and 96.23%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, urine bacterial culture negative rate in the control and treatment groups were 79.25% and 94.34% respectively, and there was difference between two groups(P < 0.05).
