摘要
目的建立通脉止渴胶囊中葛根、天花粉、当归、川芎薄层色谱鉴别法,对该制剂质量进行控制。方法按照《中华人民共和国药典》采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对处方中葛根、天花粉、当归、川芎进行色谱鉴别。结果结合对照品鉴别出该药物的特征斑点,空白对照样品无此斑点。结论薄层色谱法操作简便,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
        Objective To establish a thin layer chromatography method of Radix Puerariae, Radix Trichosanthis, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong to control the quality of the preparations. Methods According to the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China, chromatographic identification of Radix Puerariae, Radix Trichosanthis, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong in the prescriptions was carried out by TLC. Results The characteristic spots of the drug were identified in combination with the reference substance, and the blank control sample did not have this spot.Conclusion Thin layer chromatography is easy to operate and reproducible, and can be used for quality control of the preparation.
