摘要
目的探讨Beyond冷光美白剂联合酸蚀粘结处理对不同程度氟斑牙釉质强度影响。方法选择120颗离体牙进行分析,根据氟斑牙Thylstrup-fejerskov指数(TFI)评分将其分为A、B、C、D四组每组30例,A组(正常:0分)、B组(轻度:1-3分)、C组(中度:4-6分)、D组(重度:7-9分)。所有离体牙接受Beyond冷光美白剂联合酸蚀粘结处理,粘结时间均为90s,使用万能试验机测定拉伸断裂时的最大微粒拉伸粘结强度,并使用VITA比色板评价美白效果。结果 B、C、D三组粘结强度依次降低,且均明显低于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组总有效率为100.00%,明显高于C、D两组(P均<0.05)。结论 Beyond冷光美白剂联合酸蚀粘结处理对不同程度氟斑牙釉质,均可取得较满意的强度,其中B组粘结强度更接近正常水平,适合推广。
        Objective To investigate the effect of Beyond cold light whitening agent combined with acid etching on the enamel strength of different degrees of dental fluorosis.Methods A total of 120 isolated teeth were selected for analysis. According to the Thylstrup-fejerskov index(TFI) score of the dental fluorosis, they were divided into four groups: A, B, C and D. Each group consisted of 30 cases, group A(normal: 0 points), B. Group(mild: 1 to 3 points), group C(moderate: 4 to 6 points), group D(severity: 7 to 9 points). All the isolated teeth received Beyond cold light whitening agent combined with acid etching bonding, the bonding time was 90 s, the maximum particle tensile bond strength at tensile fracture was measured by universal testing machine, and the whitening effect was evaluated by VITA colorimetric plate. Results The bond strengths of B, C and D groups decreased in turn, and were significantly lower than those in group A. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of group B was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than that of C and D groups.(P<0.05). Conclusions Beyond cold light whitening agent combined with acid etching bonding treatment can obtain satisfactory strength for different degrees of dental enamel. The bonding strength of group B is closer to normal level, which is suitable for popularization.
