等效结构应力法原理及其在转向架焊接构架疲劳寿命分析中的应用

摘要
基于等效结构应力法原理对转向架焊接构架的疲劳寿命进行了分析。通过与名义应力法对比,进一步验证了等效结构应力法的网格不敏感性以及仿真结果的一致性。
        The fatigue life of the welded bogie frame on the basis of the principle of equivalent structure stress method is analyzed.Via comparison with the nominal stress method,the mesh insensitive of the equivalent structure stress method and the consistency of the simulation result are further verified.
