基于证据的质量改进方法降低极低出生体重儿入院低体温发生率的多中心研究方案

<正>1 项目负责人山东大学附属省立医院于永慧主任医师,南京市妇幼保健院余章斌副主任医师作为项目的监理。2 多中心协作组山东省9个地(市)16家三级甲等医院的NICU参加基于证据的质量改进(EPIQ)项目。各参研单位NICU的科室主任负责研究设计、诊断标准和质量控制方案的讨论制定,医疗组长负责执行试验方案、收集病例资料、记录体温及核查各项措施的实施情况,护士长负责各个时间点的体温测量以及体温测量过程中的质量控制。3 资助者利益
