摘要
TiAl金属间化合物分离膜具有高过滤精度和长期稳定的过滤通量。使用TiAl金属间化合物分离膜的固液分离可以大大提高TiCl_4生产工业中的生产效率。反吹和反冲洗技术相结合,确保了长期密封和过滤过程,大大降低了劳动强度,避免了污染。本文对滤饼层中固体颗粒的清洗和再生进行了研究,结果表明,反向过滤可以显着提高TiAl膜的渗透通量,并且采用化学清洗效果最好。
The TiAl intermetallic compound separation membrane has high filtration precision and long-term stable filtration flux.The solid-liquid separation using the TiAl intermetallic compound separation membrane can greatly improve the production efficiency in the TiCl_4 production industry.The combination of backflushing and backwashing technology ensures long-term sealing and filtration processes,greatly reducing labor intensity and avoiding contamination.In this paper,the cleaning and regeneration of solid particles in the filter cake layer were studied. The results show that reverse filtration can significantly increase the permeation flux of TiAl membrane,and the best chemical cleaning effect is used.
