摘要
目的建立短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)小鼠模型,探讨灯盏生脉胶囊(DZSM)对短暂性脑缺血发作小鼠认知及血糖血脂水平的影响。方法选用雄性昆明小鼠,采用随机方法分组。采用尾静脉注射t-BHP及低氧方法成功制备了TIA样发作小鼠模型,分别给予不同浓度的DZSM灌胃治疗,观察小鼠病死率,采用Morris水迷宫行为实验法和跳台实验法检测小鼠认知功能,生化分析法测各组小鼠血糖血脂水平。结果灯盏生脉胶囊可降低TIA小鼠的病死率;改善小鼠的定位航行能力、跳台实验潜伏期和错误次数等认知功能障碍;对TIA小鼠空腹血糖、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯无明显影响。结论灯盏生脉胶囊灯盏生脉胶囊可以改善短暂性脑缺血发作小鼠认知功能且不影响致死率及血糖血脂的水平。
        Objective To establish mouse model of transient ischemic attack(TIA)and explore the effects of DZSM on brain cognition function,blood glucose and blood lipid level for mouse model of transient ischemic attack.Methods The TIA mice model were established successfully by injecting t-BHP and living in the hypoxia situation,and the intragastric injection with different doses of DZSM was performed,the mortality rate of mice were counted,brain cognitive function was detected by Morris water maze test and step-down test,the level of the blood lipid and blood glucose of mice were measured by biochemical analysis method. Results DZSM could reduce the mortality of TIA mice,improve the positioning navigation ability,step-down test latency and error times,and have no significant influence on fasting blood glucose,serum total cholesterol and triglyceride in TIA mice. Conclusion DZSM could improve the brain cognitive function of mice with transient ischemic attack,and does not affect the mortality rate and blood glucose and blood lipid levels.
