摘要

在参考国内外现有的旅游资源评价体系的基础上,根据经济新常态下休闲农业旅游在市场需求层次、生态环保要求和产业协同发展等方面的变化重构评价指标体系,运用AHP法计算指标权重,进而通过模糊评价法得出休闲农业旅游资源的评价分值。经陕西关中地区3个有代表性的景区进一步验证,其评价结果与资源的市场现状一致,为衡量新常态下休闲农业旅游资源的实际价值及推进资源运营管理提升提供了参考。
        According to the changes of market demand level, ecological environmental protection requirements and industrial synergy development in the new normal economic, the agritourism resources evaluation index system is reconstructed. Then it gets the index weight by AHP and results through fuzzy evaluation method. It is further verified by three representative scenic spots in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province. The evaluation results are consistent with the market status of resources, which provides a reference for measuring the actual value of agritourism resources in the new normal and promoting the improvement of resource management.
