摘要
LNG工厂具有生产流程复杂、过程管控严格等特点,又具有低温工程领域对设备设施要求高、温度控制精确等要求。环境温度的大幅度变化、操作幅度过大、上游原料气波动、工艺设备运行稳定性等因素对LNG工厂安全稳定的生产具有一定影响。因此需要针对不同工程工艺和设备情况进行稳定性评估,并通过自动化控制系统进行LNG工厂突发性问题的预警与防范。本文以LNG工厂多级单组分制冷工艺为例,论述了该厂ECS-700智能控制系统。
LNG plant has the characteristics of complex production process and strict process control. It also has high requirements for equipments and facilities and precise temperature control in the field of cryogenic engineering. Large variation of ambient temperature, excessive operation range, fluctuation of upstream feed gas and operation stability of process equipment have a certain influence on the safe and stable production of LNG plant. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the stability of different engineering processes and equipments,and to alarm and prevent the sudden problems of LNG plant through automatic control system. In this paper,taking the multi-stage one-component refrigeration process of LNG plant as an example, the ECS-700 intelligent control system of LNG plant was discussed.
