摘要

介绍了元器件在整机应用中进行可靠性管理的基本内容,对元器件在整机应用中的元器件选用、检测筛选等过程中的的若干问题结合应用进行讨论并提出建议。
        This paper introduces the basic content of reliability management of components in the application of the whole machine. It discusses some problems in the selection, detection and screening of components in the application of the whole machine, and puts forward some suggestions.
