摘要
论述了某星载大功率集中式固态发射机冗余设计、热设计、力学设计和抗微放电设计等可靠性设计的方法和原则,阐述了该星载大功率集中式固态发射机可靠性的准则,并针对固态发射机的特点提出了其热平衡、力学试验、微放电和寿命验证试验的方法。
The methods and principles of reliability design such as redundant design, thermal design, mechanical design and anti-micro discharge design of a spaceborne hith-power centralized solid-state transmitter are discussed, and the reliability criteria of the spaceborne hith-power centralized solid-state transmitter are expounded. Besides, according to the characteristics of solid-state transmitter, the methods of heat balance test, mechanical test, micro discharge test and life verification test of solid-state transmitter are put forward.
