摘要

利用数据包络模型以及面板Tobit回归模型对我国四大区域高等教育发展效率的空间差异及影响因素进行测度,结果显示:中国高等教育发展效率值总体处于0.9以上的区间范畴内,且东部地区远超全国平均水平,东北地区明显低于其余三个区域;中国高等教育发展纯技术效率、规模效率均处于非有效区间;对于全国而言,经济发展水平、教育政策、产业高级化程度对高等教育发展效率产生负向影响,对外开放程度、高等教育办学规模、政府影响力对高等教育发展效率产生正面影响;四大区域受不同的因素制约。
        Using DEA model and the panel Tobit regression model,this paper measures the spatial differences and influencing factors of the development efficiency of higher education in four regions of China. The results show that China's higher education development efficiency value is in the range of 0.9 or above,and the eastern region exceeds the national average and the northeast region is lower than the other three regions;the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of China's higher education development are in the non-effective range;for China,the level of economic development,education policy and the industrial upgrading degree have a negative impact on the development efficiency of higher education,and the degree of opening to the outside world,while the scale of higher education and the influence of the government have a positive impact on it. The four regions are restricted by different factors.
