浅谈荆芥穗在《傅青主女科》中治疗经带胎产疾病的应用

摘要
《傅青主女科》是中医妇科医生在临床学习中的重要专著之一。本文作者通过研读《傅青主女科》,发现含有荆芥穗的方剂共21首,傅山巧用本为辛温解表的荆芥穗,利用其性辛散,入肝、肺经的药物特性,配伍柴胡以疏肝解郁;荆芥穗炒黑后,增强了其止血的功效,配伍黑姜等药物以引血归经,活血化瘀。通过研读和归纳总结《傅青主女科》中荆芥穗的应用,以指导我们临床用药。
Fu Qing-zhu Nüke is one of the important monographs of gynecology doctors in clinical learning.By studying Fu Qing-zhu Nüke, the author found that there were 21 prescriptions containing Spica Schizonepetae.Fu Shan uses Spica Schizonepetae ably, which is originally used to relieve symptoms of Xin Wen, and uses its features of Xin San to enter the liver and lung meridians, compatible with Bupleurum to soothe the liver and relieve depression.After stir-baking Spica Schizonepetae to brown, it can enhance its hemostatic effect and be compatible with other chinese medicines to guiding blood to return meridians, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.Through studying and summarizing the application of Spica Schizonepetae in Fu Qing-zhu Nüke to guide our clinical medication.
