孙禄堂武学思想的文化育人解析

摘要
孙禄堂武学文化丰富完善了中国传统武学文化的组成结构,使人们对武术的了解更加深入,使武术从基本技能升华到较高文化层面,具备文武全能,非研究难以明武。新时期"健康中国"战略的奋斗目标下,通过文献资料等方法对孙禄堂武学文化分析:其武学思想中涵盖释道儒三家的深邃理论,对武技的阐述无一不是从释道儒哲理中深入浅出的论述,确立了我们练习拳术的文化研习目的;丰富了全民健身发展的内容,文熏武练的武学构建,对武文化研究、武术健身和武学推广者有指导作用。
Sun Lutang's Wushu culture enriches and improves the structure of Chinese traditional Wushu culture, deepens people's understanding of Wushu, sublimates Wushu from basic skills to a higher cultural level, possesses all-round cultural and Wushu, and it is difficult to make clear Wushu without research. Under the goal of "Healthy China" strategy in the new era, Sun Lutang's Wushu culture is analyzed by means of literature and other methods: his Wushu thought covers the profound theories of Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism, and his exposition of Wushu is not only a simple and in-depth exposition from the philosophy of Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism, which establishes the purpose of our cultural study of practicing boxing, enriches the content of the development of national fitness and enriches Wushu training. The construction of Wushu has a guiding role for the study of Wushu culture, Wushu fitness and Wushu promoters.
