小鼠酒精性肝损伤模型建造及夏枯草提取物对其作用

摘要
目的建立一种与人体酒精性肝损伤类似的小鼠动物模型,并研究夏枯草提取物对其影响和作用。方法小鼠随机分为预防组、治疗组、空白组和模型组,预防组提前进行夏枯草提取物注射,预防组治疗组和空白组小鼠酒精灌胃进行酒精性肝损伤模型构建,饲喂8周后,取下腔静脉血进行血清AST、ALT含量测定。结果模型组AST、ALT含量较治疗组明显升高,且死亡率较治疗组及预防组明显高。结论夏枯草提取物具有抗酒精性肝损伤的作用。
Objective To establish an animal model of mice with alcoholic liver injury, and to study the effects and effects of the extracts. Methods The mice were randomLy divided into prevention group, the treatment group, blank group and model group, preventive group, selfheal extract injection in advance prevention treatment group and the blank group alcohol lavage for alcoholic liver injury in mice model build, feeding after 8 weeks, take inferior vena venous blood serum AST, ALT content determination. Conclusion The extract of summer subtilis has the effect of anti-alcoholic liver injury.
