摘要
随着鲍鱼产量的逐年增加,加工鲍鱼后产生的内脏的处理成为了一大难题。为防止鲍鱼内脏对环境造成污染,充分开发其潜在价值是有效的措施,该文综述了鲍鱼内脏中牛磺酸的提取方法和最佳提取工艺,以及牛磺酸的功能作用和应用的研究进展,展望了牛磺酸在人体保健方面的应用,并对鲍鱼内脏中牛磺酸未来的研究和应用提出参考意见。
        The yield of abalone is increasing year by year,and the internal organs produced after processing abalone are confronted with difficulties.In order to prevent abalone from causing pollution to the environment,it is necessary to develop its potential value.The extraction method and optimum extraction process of taurine in abalone research progress in the function and application of taurine in abalone were summarized,and envisions the application prospective of taurine in abalone for the health benefit of human beings.Furthermore,personal suggestions regarding the future research and application of taurine in abalone have been posed for reference.
