摘要
职业素养是影响高职学生就业和职业发展的关键因素之一。职业素养是可以培养的,而且职业素养的培养可以落实在各门课程的教学中。作为模具专业最重要的实训课程之一的"模具综合实训"存在教学目标忽视职业素养、教学课程内容脱离岗位、教学方法单一、教学评价片面等问题,它们不利于职业素养的培养。所以从"模具综合实训"课程教学目标确定、素养需求分析、教学内容组织、教学方法改革以及教学资源和评价体系的完善等方面进行"模具综合实训"课程改革,拟在提升学生职业技能的同时提升学生职业素养。
        Professional accomplishment is one of key factors influencing employment and professional development of graduates from higher vocational colleges. Professional accomplishment can be cultivated, and the cultivation of professional accomplishment can be implemented in the teaching of professional practice courses. As one of the most important practical training courses for the mould design and manufacture specialty in higher vocational education, there are many problems existing in the Comprehensive Practice Training Course in Mould Specialty, such as the teaching goal ignoring professional accomplishment, the teaching content being out of position, the single teaching method, and one-sided teaching evaluation and etc. All the demerits go against the cultivation of professional accomplishment. Thus, the paper expounds on the reform measures of the Comprehensive Practice Training Course in Mould Specialty based on professional accomplishment cultivation from the goal setting, requirement analysis, teaching content organization, teaching modes reform, optimization of teaching resources and evaluation system so that students' professional accomplishment and skills are both enhanced.
