摘要
应用微胶囊技术,以聚乙烯醇为壁材,老鹳草水提取物为芯材,戊二醛为交联剂,采用界面聚合法制备了老鹳草-聚乙烯醇微胶囊。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、热重分析仪等手段分别对微胶囊的表面形貌、热稳定性进行了分析表征。探讨了芯壁质量配合比、交联剂用量、反应时间等因素对微胶囊外观形貌的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内,随着壁材用量的减少,戊二醛用量的增加,反应时间的延长,微胶囊的分散性、成囊情况逐渐变好,在反应时间为60min,芯壁质量配合比为6∶5,戊二醛的用量为2mL条件下,制得的老鹳草-聚乙烯醇微胶囊的平均粒径为17.11μm,表面光滑,颗粒圆整,且热稳定性较好,可以应用于复合织物领域。
        Using microcapsules technology,geranium-polyvinyl alcohol microcapsules were prepared by interfacial polymerization using polyvinyl alcohol as shell material,geranium extract as core,and glutaraldehyde as the crosslinking agent.The surface morphology and thermal stability of microcapsules were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis.The effects of core/shell mass ratio,dosage of crosslinking agent and reaction time on the microcapsule appearance were investigated.The results showed that,in a certain range,with decreasing the amount of wall material,increasing the amount of glutaraldehyde,and the prolonging of reaction time,the dispersion and coating situation of microcapsules were gradually improved,when the reaction time was 60 min,the core/wall mass ratio was 6∶5,and the dosages of glutaraldehyde was 2 mL,the microcapsules with the average particle size of 17.11μm can be prepared.And they had smooth surface,rounded particles and better thermal stability,which can be applied to the field of composite fabrics.
