新时代精准扶贫管理的现状分析

摘要
习近平总书记关于"实事求是、因地制宜、分类指导、精准扶贫"等扶贫理念的提出拉开了精准扶贫工作的序幕。本文对在新时代背景下,如何做好精准扶贫工作,提高扶贫效率展开研究,从制度化精准识别机制、精细化精准扶贫机制、标准化精准扶贫考核机制等出发,提出有效可行的操作建议,做到扶真贫,真扶贫。
General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the poverty alleviation concept of "seeking truth from facts, adapting measures to local conditions, classified guidance and targeted poverty alleviation " during his visit to 18 dong village in Xiangxi, Hunan, which kicked off the targeted poverty alleviation work. This paper studies how to manage targeted poverty alleviation well since entering the new era, and puts forward Suggestions such as improving the accurate identification mechanism, perfecting the assessment mechanism of targeted poverty alleviation,and refining the standard of targeted poverty alleviation, so as to help the poor truly and truly.
