枳术宽中胶囊联合黛力新治疗功能性消化不良疗效观察

摘要
目的探讨枳术宽中胶囊联合黛力新治疗功能性消化不良的应用效果。方法选择2017年5月～2018年5月来我院进行治疗的160例动力障碍型功能性消化不良患者作为此次研究对象,根据患者意愿将其分成对照组与观察组,每组80例。对照组给予伊托必利与黛力新进行治疗,观察组给予枳术宽中胶囊与黛力新进行治疗,两个疗程结束后比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗前的主要症状与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义。其中,上腹痛(χ2=12.593,P <0.05)、餐后饱胀(χ2=9.654,P <0.05)、反酸嗳气(χ2=7.598,P <0.05)、早饱(χ2=8.914,P <0.05)、恶心呕吐(χ2=10.781,P <0.05)。治疗后两组患者主要症状与治疗前均有改善,但观察组患者主要症状改善情况明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=13.079,P <0.05)。观察组出现8例(10.0%)药物不良反应;对照组出现11例(13.75%)药物不良反应。观察组患者药物不良反应与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.212,P> 0.05)。结论枳术宽中胶囊联合黛力新治疗功能性消化不良疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of guangzhong zhishu capsule combined with deanxit on functional dyspepsia. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with dysmotility-type functional dyspepsia who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were allocated to a control group and an observation group according to the patient's wishes,80 cases in each group.In the control group,itopicli and deanxit were given for treatment.The observation group was treated with the hawthorn wide medium capsule and deanxit capsule,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared after the end of the two courses. Results The main symptoms before treatment in the observation group were not significantly different from those in the control group.Among them,upper abdominal pain(χ2=12.593,P < 0.05),postprandial fullness(χ2=9.654,P < 0.05),acid belching(χ2=7.598,P < 0.05),early satiety(χ2=8.914,P < 0.05),nausea and vomiting(χ2=10.781,P < 0.05).After treatment,the main symptoms of patients in the two groups were improved and before treatment,but the main symptoms of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.079,P < 0.05).There were 8 cases(10.0%) of adverse drug reactions in the observation group.The control group showed 11 cases(13.75%) of adverse drug reactions.Compared with the control group,the difference of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was not statistically significant(χ2=0.212,P > 0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of guangzhong zhishu capsule combined with deanxit on functional dyspepsia,which is worthy of clinical application.
