摘要
目的分析消毒供应中心手术医疗器械清洗质量的相关影响因素,并探究其对策。方法选择2017年10月至2018年10月本院消毒中心回收的手术医疗器械2100件,依据不同的管理方案随机分成2组。1050件为实验组,行全新规范管理;1050件为对照组,行常规规范管理。比较两种管理方案对手术医疗器械清洗质量的实际管理效果。结果实验组手术器械的清洗合格率(95.05%)显著高于对照组(78.00%),P<0.05。结论对本院消毒供应中心接收的手术医疗器械行全新质量规范管理,可显著提升其医疗器械的清洗质量,可为手术安全提供保障。
        Objective To analyze the related influencing factors of the quality of surgical medical equipment cleaning in the disinfection supply center, and to explore its countermeasures. Methods 2100 surgical medical instruments recovered from the disinfection center of our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomLy divided into 2 groups according to different management schemes. 1050 pieces were used for the experimental group, and the new standard management was carried out; 1050 pieces were used as the control group, and the routine management was carried out. Compare the actual management effects of the two management schemes on the quality of surgical medical device cleaning. Results The cleaning rate of surgical instruments in the experimental group(95.05%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.00%), P<0.05. Conclusion The new quality standard management of surgical medical equipment received by the disinfection supply center of our hospital can significantly improve the cleaning quality of medical equipment and provide guarantee for surgical safety.
