摘要
呼吸末二氧化碳(ETCO_2)监测被美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)列为书中常规检测项目之一,而在国内各大医院的手术室、ICU等科室中,ETCO_2监测也作为日常监护项目广泛应用于患者日常检测及病情检查中。然而,在使用各种二氧化碳检测设备对ETCO_2监测时,由于操作习惯、参数调整、耗材使用等原因,导致ETCO_2监测值偏离正常值,使得ETCO_2不准而左右病情的判断,影响医护人员的工作。因此,笔者以飞利浦公司二氧化碳模块为例,讲述ETCO_2监测的日常使用及参数调整等操作,使得二氧化碳模块在正确的工作状态下对患者进行ETCO_2正确监测;同时,掌握二氧化碳模块的气体校正步骤,定期对二氧化碳模块进行维护,以提高二氧化碳模块监测值的准确性。
ETCO_2 monitoring,listed as one of the routine testing items by American Society of Anesthesiologists,has been widely used as daily examinations and detections for patients in OR and ICU across the nation. When monitoring ETCO_2 with inspection equipment,however,the monitoring value could deviate from normal range due to several reasons,such as manipulation habits,parameter setting and consumptive material use,and consequently affect the physicians' diagnosis. Therefore,in order to insure accurate estimation of ETCO_2 monitoring,the paper indicates the manipulation regulations for ETCO_2 monitoring and parameter settings based on the example of ETCO_2 module provided by Philips Healthcare. In addition,ETCO_2 daily maintenance and calibration procedures are also included in the paper to ensure the stability and accuracy of ETCO_2 module.
