摘要
目的通过不同试验方法和动物模型对龙匙片活血化瘀的作用进行验证,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法采用在冰水中游泳后皮下注射肾上腺素(AD)的大鼠制造急性血瘀模型,观察龙匙片对血液流变学的影响;采用AD制造肠系膜急性微循环障碍大鼠模型,观察龙匙片对微循环障碍的改善作用;采用体外法,观察龙匙片对凝血酶原时间(PT)及活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)的影响。结果龙匙片可显著降低大鼠的血浆黏度、全血黏度、血纤维蛋白原含量、血沉及血小板黏附率,可抑制大鼠肠系膜微循环细动脉管径缩小、流速减慢、毛细血管开放量减少及流态改变,可延长PT和APTT。结论龙匙片可改善血液流变学和微循环障碍,具有活血化瘀作用。
        Objective To verify the effect of Longchi Tablets on activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis by several methods and animal models,and provide the evidences for its clinical use. Methods The acute blood-stasis rats models were established by hypodermic injection of adrenergic( AD) after swimming in ice water,the effect of Longchi Tablets on hemorheology was observed. The mesenteric microcirculatory disturbance rats models were established by injected with adrenergic,the effect of Longchi Tablets on microcirculatory disturbance was observed. The effect of Longchi Tablets on PT and APTT was observed by in vitro method. Results Longchi Tablets could significantly reduce the plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,blood fibrinogen concentration,erythrocyte sedimentation and platelet adhesion rate of the rats,it could inhibit the narrowing of the arteriole diameter of the mesenteric microcirculation,slow blood flowing rate,reduction of open capillary and the change of the blood flow pattern in rats,and could prolong the PT and APTT. Conclusion Longchi Tablets can improve the hemorheology and microcirculatory disturbance,and have the ability of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.
