摘要
国际医学专业精神在中国本土化的过程中,面临从科学精神到人文精神的转型及在当前医疗新形势下受到的冲击与挑战。探讨通过革新医学伦理再教育方式、转变医学伦理再教育宗旨、明确医学伦理再教育内容三大途径构建医学伦理再教育模式,加强医学伦理素养以促进医师职业精神提升,推动卫生事业的改革发展。
In the process of localization of international medical professional spirit in China,it is facing the transformation from scientific spirit to humanistic spirit,as well as the impact and challenge under the current medical situation. This paper explored three ways to construct a model of medical ethics re-education: innovating the mode of medical ethics re-education,changing the purpose of medical ethics re-education,and defining the content of medical ethics re-education,so as to strengthen medical ethics literacy to promote doctors' professional spirit and promote the reform and development of health undertakings.
