贾英杰调气运中法治疗恶性肿瘤经验

摘要
贾英杰善用三焦辨证与脏腑辨证相结合治疗恶性肿瘤,认为中焦为枢,中焦失运、脾胃气机升降失调为恶性肿瘤重要病因病机。中焦不运则五脏失于濡养,气机失调则出纳失衡,毒邪累积,日久结为癥瘕积聚。临证尤重治取中焦,调理脾胃,畅达气机,拟"调气运中法"治疗恶性肿瘤,此法既可健运中土以扶正补虚,又助升降有序以通行祛邪,促进机体恢复阴平阳秘之机。
Professor JIA Yingjie specializes in the combination of syndrome differentiation of sanjiao theory and syndrome differentiation of zang-fu viscera in treating malignant tumor,and thinks middle-jiao is the pivot. Failure of the middle-jiao in transportation,and disturbance in ascending and descending of qi movement of spleen and stomach are the important etiology and pathogenesis of malignant tumor. Failure of the middle-jiao in transportation causes lack of nutrition of the five viscera. Disturbance of qi movements leads to imbalance of intake and outtake. Accumulation of toxic and pathogenic factors for a long time can form abdominal mass. Accordingly,Professor JIA attaches importance to taking the treatment of middle-jiao especially,regulating the spleen and stomach and smoothing qi movement. Professor JIA drafts therapy of "regulating qi and invigorating the middle-jiao"to treat malignant tumor. This method is not only invigorating the spleen and stomach,supporting the normal and tonifying the deficiency,but also helping ascending and descending,eliminating evil,promoting the body to restore the balance of yin and yang.
