普林格尔-多系统治疗仪配合运动治疗用于产后腹直肌分离的治疗效果观察

摘要
目的探讨普林格尔-多系统治疗仪配合运动治疗用于产后腹直肌分离的治疗效果。方法选取本院2017年4月至2018年6月的100例产后腹直肌分离患者。按照随机数字表分为两组,对照组实施运动疗法治疗,观察组则实施运动疗法加上普林格尔-多系统治疗仪治疗。比较对照组、观察组疗效;产后康复锻炼的配合度、运动治疗的时间;治疗前后患者腹直肌分离的距离(分为脐上以及脐下);不良反应事件。结果观察组疗效、产后康复锻炼的配合度、运动治疗的时间、腹直肌分离的距离(分为脐上以及脐下)相比较对照组更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率与对照组差异无统计学意义。结论运动疗法加上普林格尔-多系统治疗仪治疗产后腹直肌分离的效果理想。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Pringle-multi-system therapy device combined with exercise therapy for postpartum rectus abdominis separation. Methods 100 patients with postpartum rectus abdominis isolated from April 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled. According to the random number table, the two groups were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with exercise therapy, and the observation group was treated with exercise therapy plus the Pringle-multisystem system. The efficacy of the control group and the observation group were compared; the degree of coordination of postpartum rehabilitation exercise, the time of exercise treatment; the distance of rectus abdominis separation before and after treatment(divided into umbilical and umbilical); side effects. Results The efficacy of the observation group, the fitness of postpartum rehabilitation exercise, the time of exercise therapy, and the distance of rectus abdominis separation(divided into umbilical cord and umbilicus) were better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the side effects between the observation group and the control group. Conclusion Exercise therapy plus Pringle-multisystem system is effective in the treatment of postpartum rectus abdominis.
