摘要
人体的消化道中存在着大量的细菌,其功能或状态的改变与人体多种免疫性疾病、代谢性疾病等的发生、发展密不可分。在宿主健康和疾病的发生、发展中起到了重要的作用。普拉梭菌(Faecalibacterium prausnitzii,F.prausnitzii)作为健康人类肠道共生菌一个重要组成部分,对人类的健康发挥着非常重要的作用。越来越多的研究发现,肠内F.prausnitzii水平的改变所导致的微生态失调与一些肠道疾病的发生密切相关。其发挥重要的抗炎、改善肠道黏膜屏障、对致病菌的抑制及对肥胖的调节作用。对人体肠道疾病如炎症性肠病和肠易激综合征的发展具有重要的作用。近年来对F.prausnitzii的研究日趋增多。本文将介绍F.prausnitzii在肠道微生态中的功能及在肠道健康中发挥的作用。
        There are a large number of bacteria in the digestive tract of the human body, and its function or state changes are inseparable from the occurrence, development and inseparability of various immune diseases and metabolic diseases. It plays an important role in the occurrence and development of host health and disease. Faecalibacterium prausnitzii(F.prausnitzii) is an important part of healthy human intestinal symbiotic bacteria and plays a very important role in human health. A growing number of studies have found that microecological imbalance caused by changes in the level of F.prausnitzii in the intestine is closely related to the onset of some intestinal diseases. It plays an important role in anti-inflammatory, improving the intestinal mucosal barrier, inhibiting pathogenic bacteria and regulating the obesity. It plays an important role in the development of human intestinal diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease and irritable bowel syndrome. Therefore, research of F.prausnitzii has increased in recent years. This article described the function of F.prausnitzii in intestinal microecology and its role in gut health.
