汽车内饰用永久抗静电PP材料的制备与性能

摘要
汽车内饰的静电吸尘影响车内环境和车内仪器仪表的使用寿命。通过熔融共混的方法制备了汽车内饰用永久抗静电PP材料,从4种导电炭黑中选择一种颗粒状导电炭黑,添加量为18%(质量比),永久抗静电PP表面电阻可达1×106Ω,且无虎皮纹等外观问题。随着高熔体流动速率PP(K7100)用量的增加,材料的熔体流动速率、拉伸强度、弯曲模量均呈上升趋势,但悬臂梁缺口冲击强度明显下降,由26 k J/m2下降到13 k J/m2。采用多孔硅酸盐作为VOC吸附剂,使永久抗静电PP的乙醛和丙烯醛释放量明显减少,但对于苯系物基本没有效果。当VOC吸附剂添加量达到1. 5%(质量比)时,改性PP的VOC满足主机厂的标准要求。永久抗静电PP注塑生产的汽车内饰门板,在试装车路试过程中,零件的灰尘量得到显著降低。
        The dust electric adsorption of automobile interior decoration affected the in-car environment and the service life of instrument. The permanent antistatic PP used for automobile interior decoration was prepared by melt blending. A pelleted conductive carbon black was chosen from four kinds of conductive carbon black. With adding 18%( mass ratio)pelleted conductive carbon black,the surface resistance of permanent antistatic PP was 1 × 106Ω and the PP showed no surface defects such as tiger stripe. It was found that with the increase of high flow PP( K7100),the melt flow index,the tensile strength and flexual modulus of the permanent antistatic PP increased,the Izod notched impact strength declined from 26 k J/m2 to 13 k J/m2. Using porous silicate as VOC adsorbent,the release of acetaldehyde and acrolein of the permanent antistatic PP decreased,but it had no effect on the adsorbtion of benzene series. When the content of( quality ratio) VOC adsorbents was 1. 5%( mass ratio),the VOC of the permanent antistatic PP met the VOC requirements of automobile. The automobile interior door panel was made by the permanent anti-static PP via injection molding,the dust adhesion of the door panel in the vehicle road test was significantly reduced.
