摘要
以氟化石墨为反应原料,N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)为插层剂,采用液相剥离法制备氟化石墨烯。通过透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)及X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对氟化石墨烯的微观形貌、物质结构和晶相进行分析研究,并对氟化石墨烯的分散性进行研究。结果表明成功制得单层的氟化石墨烯,并且发现氟化石墨烯在NMP或乙醇溶剂中、超声时间3h以及超声功率为300W时都具有较好的分散性。
The fluorinated graphene was prepared by a simple sonochemical exfoliation method by using the graphite fluoride as reaction materials and the N-methylpyrrolidone as intercalating agent,respectively.The morphology,chemical structure and phase transformation were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).In addition,the dispersion of fluorinated graphene was also studied.The results show that the fluorinated graphene with single layer was prepared,which also has good dispersibility at the solution of N-methylpyrrolidone and ethyl alcohol with the ultrasonic time of 3 hand the ultrasonic power of 300 W.
