制氢原料气压缩机轴瓦磨损原因分析及预防

摘要
某炼油化工公司制氢原料气压缩机在装置运行第2个周期内发生5次轴瓦磨损故障。详述每次处理经过,对照查找每次磨损的具体原因。分析认为压缩机长周期在工艺介质带液、润滑不良(润滑油压力0.3 MPa,偏低)等工况下运行,出现疲劳失效发生第1次轴瓦磨损;由于检查、处理不彻底引发第2次故障;由于装配数据测量不准确、没有严格执行检修安装标准(瓦轴间隙0.22mm,超出标准范围),又引发后面多次故障。在故障处理过程中不断总结,提出7项预防轴瓦磨损建议。通过落实整改建议不仅彻底解决了轴瓦磨损问题,还将全厂往复式压缩机故障率降低60%以上。
        This paper introduces the phenomenon of five times of bearing wear occurred in the second operation cycle of feed gas compressor for hydrogen production. It gives a detailed introduction of each process and the various reasons for the wear of the bearing bush. By comparing these reasons, the analysis shows that the compressor runs under the condition of medium with liquid and poor lubrication(lubricating oil pressure of 0.3 MPa is low) for a long period, and the fatigue failure occurs in the first bearing wear, and the second failure occurs due to incomplete inspection and treatment. And more serious subsequent failures are mostly likely to happen if the assembly data is not accurately measured or the inspection and installation standard(the clearance of the tile shaft is 0.22 mm beyond the standard range) is mot strictly implemented.With all the concerns, seven suggestions are put forward to prevent bearing wear. By implementing the improvement proposal, not only the wear problem of bearing bush is thoroughly solved, but also the failure rate of reciprocating compressor in the whole plant is reduced by more than 60%.
