摘要
分流头壳体是飞机前轮转弯操纵系统的核心控制元件,其材料为LD5铝合金,零件内装各类高精度阀芯、活门、分流头等部件,受原工艺方法、设备能力制约,生产效率一直低下。文中从刀具结构、刀具材料、工装夹持等进行性能优化。特别是四工位液压式快换多工位铣具,采用液压驱动,两销一面定位,使单件零件加工效率提升了35%。
The distributor shell is the core control component of the aircraft front wheel turning control system. Its material is LD5 aluminum alloy. The parts are equipped with various high-precision valve cores, valves, distributors and other components. Due to the original process methods and equipment capabilities, its production efficiency has been low. This paper optimizes the performance of the tool structure, tool material, and tooling clamping. In particular, the four-station hydraulic quick-change multi-station milling tool is driven by the hydraulic system, "one plane and two pins" positioning system is used to improve the processing efficiency of single parts by 35%.
