摘要
与传统弹簧冷卷法和热卷法相比,方截面超高强度钢弹簧类工件铣削加工技术具有更稳定的尺寸一致性。文中介绍了A100超高强度低碳合金钢窄深槽铣削加工工艺,为其他高强度低碳合金钢、弹簧钢等材料的类弹簧加工提供了一种新的解决方案和思路,可作为此类弹簧铣削加工的典型工艺方法。
Ultra-high strength steel spring workpieces processed by milling technology has a more stable dimensional consistency than conventional spring cold coiling and hot coiling methods. This paper introduces the milling process of A100 ultra-high strength low carbon alloy steel narrow and deep groove, which provides a new solution for processing of high strength low carbon alloy steel and spring steel spring. The solution can be used as a typical process for similar spring milling.
