摘要

分析当前普通高校本科教育的发展现状和所面临的就业问题,提出普通高校本科教育改革的必要性。以海南热带海洋学院为例,讨论了如何合理确定本科人才的培养目标、培养类型和培养模式。并以该校软件工程专业为例,详细说明了本科教育与职业素养教育相融合的理念,具体阐述了该校软件工程专业在CDIO(Conceive Design Implement Operate)工程教育改革上的人才培养模式,为其他普通高校本科教育人才培养模式改革提供借鉴。
        Analyze regular institutions of higher education undergraduate education development and facing employment problem. Propose reform necessity for regular institutions of higher education undergraduate education.Take Hainan Tropical Ocean University as example,discuss on how to determine training objective,training type,training pattern for undergraduate talent. Give an example of software engineering. Illustrate philosophy of fusing undergraduate education and professionalism education. Expound talent training pattern of CDIO(Conceive Design Implement Operate)engineering education reform for software engineering major in detail. Those can be the reference for talent training mode reform of other regular institutions of higher education.
