摘要
目的:探讨不同部位骨折患者血浆D-二聚体水平。方法:选择855例骨折患者,采集静脉血,对血浆D-二聚体水平进行测定,对下肢深静脉血栓形成的发生情况进行判断。结果:多发伤骨折患者的血浆D-二聚体水平最高,其次则为股骨骨折和胫腓骨骨折;骨折部位不同,患者血浆D-二聚体水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。855例患者中,85例患者发生下肢深静脉血栓形成,发生率为9.9%。而血浆D-二聚体水平与下肢深静脉血栓形成发生率呈正相关。结论:骨折损伤程度、骨折部位与血浆D-二聚体水平之间的联系非常密切,同时血浆D-二聚体水平与下肢深静脉血栓形成的发生率存在显著相关性。
Objective:To investigate the plasma D-dimer level in patients with fractures in different locations.Methods: 855 fracture patients were selected,Venous blood was collected and plasma D-dimer level was measured,deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity were judged. Results:Multiple fractures patients with highest level of plasma D-dimer,the second was femoral fracture and tibia and fibula fracture;there were also significant differences in plasma D-dimer levels among patients with different fracture sites(P<0.05); In 855 fracture patients,85 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity,the incidence was 9.9%.The plasma D-dimer level was positively correlated with the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremities.Conclusion:The degree of fracture injury,the location of fracture and the level of plasma D-dimer are closely related,at the same time, there was a significant correlation between plasma D-dimer level and the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremities.
