摘要
随着采矿技术的发展,智能设备在井下开采中得到了越来越广泛的应用。结合谦比希铜矿东南矿区开采过程中遇到的问题,提出了建设谦比希铜矿东南矿区井下开采智能管控系统。分析了智能采矿设备应用优势,阐述了OptiMine系统的特点和信息网络覆盖区域,详细介绍了组成井下开采智能管控系统的各个子系统。该系统的建成和应用,实现了井下开采的智能管控,为未来智慧矿山的建设奠定基础。
With the development of mining technology,smart devices are more and more used in underground mining. The paper takes the problems the Southeast Mining District of Chambishi Copper Mine run into as the research subject and proposed the construction of the smart control system in the Southeast Mining District of Chambishi Copper Mine. The advantages of the application of smart mining equipment are analyzed,the characteristics of OptiMine system and the area covered by information network are described,and each subsystem of the smart underground operation control system is introduced. The construction and application of the system realizes the smart control of underground mining development,laying foundations for the construction of future smart mines.
