摘要
我国是珍珠产业大国,当前珍珠分拣自动化、智能化水平低等问题亟待解决。综述了国内机械式、基于机器视觉技术的珍珠形状自动分级研究现状以及分拣机械臂的应用,着重对基于机器视觉技术自动分级进行分析。研究表明:机械式未来发展空间不大,而机器视觉作为主导方向,将进一步解决生产率及分级精确度问题,结合机械臂的应用有望解决珍珠形状在线实时检测并快速分拣等问题。
        China is a great economy of pearl industry, but the current problems of pearl sorting and its intelligentization level are urgently needed to be solved. The research status on domestic mechanical automatic classification based on machine vision technology and the application of sorting manipulator were organized.The operation based on machine vision technology was emphatically analyzed. The research shows that the mechanical operation has a narrow development space in the future, and machine vision will be used primarily, which will further solve the problem of productivity and the classification accuracy.It is expected to realize the pearl shape online real-time detection and fast sorting by combining with the application of the manipulator.
