摘要
在城市电动公交工况的基础上采集电动公交客车运行数据,并结合实验室电池测试要求建立动力电池的动态测试工况,为实验测试动力电池的动态性能提供了支持。通过对电池进行不同的工况循环实验,研究了循环方式以及循环温度对电池动态特性的影响。结果表明,动态工况循环方式下,电池的性能变化更小,使用性更强;循环温度对电池放电的容量、开路电压和内阻等动态特性均有影响,影响程度随温度升高而增大。
The operation data of electric bus were collected on the basis of urban electric bus running condition and combined with laboratory battery testing requirements to establish traction battery dynamic test procedure, which provided support for the dynamic performance of experimental test about power batteries. The effects of cycle manner and cycle temperature on the dynamic characteristics of power batteries were studied by different dynamic cycle experiments. The results show that the battery performance changes smaller with better practicality under dynamic cycling; the dynamic characteristics of battery discharge capacity, open circuit voltage and internal resistance are affected by cycle temperature, and the influence degree improves with the temperature increasing.
