摘要
植物病程相关蛋白(pathogenesis-related protein, PR蛋白)是植物受到生物或非生物胁迫诱导产生的一类蛋白总称,并与植物逆境胁迫响应相关。其中,PR-5蛋白也称为类甜味蛋白,具有β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性。植物病程相关蛋白PR-NP24是PR-5蛋白家族成员之一,参与植物抗病性等且与果实发育有关。综述主要总结概括了参与植物病程相关蛋白的种类与功能,关注PR-NP24的发现及多样性、结构特点、表达与调控等方面,为进一步研究植物病程相关蛋白特别是PR-NP24在植物发育调控及抗逆等方面研究提供理论参考。
        Plant pathogenesis-related proteins(PRs) are group of proteins induced by biotic or abiotic stresses and are related to plant response to stress. Among them, PR-5 protein, also known as thaumatin-like protein, has the activity of β-1, 3-glucanase. Protein PR-NP24 is a member of PR-5 protein family, which participates in plant resistance to disease and regulation of fruit development. This review mainly summarized the classification and functions of PRs, and focused on the discovery and diversity, structural characteristics, expression and regulation of PR-NP24. This reviewer would provide a theoretical reference for further research on plant disease related proteins, especially PR-NP24, in the development and regulation as well as disease resistance of plants.
