摘要
目的:提高壮药牛大力的质量标准。方法:对牛大力药材的显微鉴别、薄层鉴别、水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物和含量测定等进行研究。结果:确定了牛大力根横切面和粉末显微特征;以高丽槐素为对照的薄层鉴别分离度好、重现性佳;10批牛大力样品水分8.0%~13.0%,总灰分1.9%~4.4%,酸不溶性灰分0.1%~1.0%,水溶性浸出物(热浸法)12.2%~32.9%,50%乙醇浸出物(热浸法)8.2%~19.4%;高丽槐素进样量在0.098~1.960μg范围内与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,n=6),平均回收率为99.06%,RSD%为1.59%(n=6)。结论:本研究所建立的方法操作简单、合理可行,可为提高和完善牛大力药材质量标准提供实验依据。
        Objective: To improve the quality standard of Zhuang medicine Niudali(Millettia Speciosa Root).Methods: The tests of microscopic and TLC identification, the water and total ash and acid-insoluble ash inspections, extractum and content determination were carried out. Results: Microscopic characteristics of root cross-section and powder were confirmed; The TLC identification of the Maackiain had good degree of separation and reproducibility; The moisture contents were 8.0%-13.0%; total ash contents were 1.9%-4.4%;acid-insoluble ash contents were 0.1%-1.0%; water-soluble extract(hot dip method) contents were 12.2%-32.9%,50%; ethanol extract(hot dip method) contents were 8.2%-19.4%. The HPLC of the Maackiain of Beautiful millettia root was set up and Maackiain in the range of 0.098 μg-1.960 μg showed good linearrelationship(r=0.9999, n=6); the average recovery was 99.06%, and RSD was 1.59%(n=6). Conclusion: The experimental data and the established method can provide the experimental basis for the improvement of the quality standard of Niudali(Millettia Speciosa Root).
