摘要
羟脯氨酸是近些年来发现的一种草酸钙结石形成过程中的草酸前体。在尿路结石形成过程中,草酸钙结石占大部分,而羟脯氨酸作为草酸前体在人的肉类饮食过程中占了绝大部分,并最终可能诱发草酸钙结石形成。本文综述羟脯氨酸诱发草酸钙结石形成的代谢过程,并初步探讨羟脯氨酸在动物模型上的应用。
        Hydroxyproline is an oxalic acid precursor discovered in the formation of calcium oxalate stones in recent years. In the formation of urinary stones, calcium oxalate stones accounted for most, and hydroxyproline as a precursor of oxalate in the course of human meat diet accounted for the majority, and might eventually induce the formation of calcium oxalate stones. This paper summarized hydroxyproline inducing metabolic process of calcium oxalate stone formation and hydroxyproline in the application of animal models.
