摘要
在动态硫化过程中,加入不同含量的硫化剂2,5-二甲基-2,5-二(叔丁基过氧基)己烷(DBPH),共混制备出共聚酰胺(COPA)/硅橡胶(SIR)热塑性弹性体,并利用万能电子拉伸机、动态热分析仪、高压毛细管流变仪和扫描电子显微镜镜分析了不同含量的DBPH对COPA/SIR热塑性弹性体性能及结构的影响。结果表明,不同的硫化剂含量对动态硫化制备出的COPA/SIR热塑性弹性体在力学性能及形态结构上均有影响,硫化剂含量较低时硫化不完全,而当硫化剂较高时会过度交联,导致力学性能不佳。
Copolyamide( COPA) and silicone rubber( SIR) were blended with various contents of 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di( tert-butylperoxy) hexane( DBPH) as the curing agent to produce a kind of thermoplastic elastomer during dynamic vulcanization. The effect of curing agent contents on the mechanical and rheological properties and the morphology of the blend were studied by mechanical machine,dynamic thermomechanical analyzer,high pressure capillary and scanning electron microscope. The results show that various contents of curing agent influence the mechanical properties and microstructure of the blend. Low amount of curing agent could lead to incomplete curing and higher content of curing agent could lead to overvulcanization. Both of these conditions can lead to poor mechanical properties.
