离聚体型永久性抗静电剂的制备及性能测试

摘要
配制了以乙烯丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)、硬脂酸和氢氧化钾为主要成分的离聚体型抗静电剂。将合成的抗静电剂添加到聚乙烯中,测试了其在不同添加量下通过挤出、注塑和流延后得到的聚乙烯片材的表面电阻率、拉伸强度、弹性模量,评价了抗静电剂使用的永久性。并将其加入到聚丙烯中考察材料的抗静电效果。结果表明,经处理后材料仍具备良好的抗静电能力,且显示出永久性抗静电的特点。
        The ionomer permanent antistatic agent mainly consisting of ethyleneacrylic acid(EAA)copolymer,stearic acid and KOH was prepared.The synthetic antistatic additive was added to polyethylene,and the surface resistivity,the tensile strength and elastic modulus of the material obtained by extrusion,injection molding,and casting at different addition amounts were tested.In addition,the samples without and with the antistatic agent were compared and analyzed.The permanent use of antistatic additives was evaluated.And the additives were added into polypropylene to investigate the antistatic effect of the material.The results show that the treated material still has good antistatic ability and exhibits permanent antistatic properties.
