华北五角枫沙地无性繁殖技术研究

摘要

为了推广华北五角枫优良类型无性繁殖技术,分别进行了不同激素种类及浓度、不同插穗长度及粗度、不同枝条部位对五角枫扦插生根的影响试验。结果表明:不同处理对华北五角枫扦插生根有较大影响,以插穗长度8~12cm、粗度0.3~0.5cm、中段插穗、IBA浓度700 mg·L~(-1)浸泡基部2h最有利于该树种扦插生根,生根率达92%以上。
        In order to promote the clonal propagation technology of P.pentagona,the effects of different hormones and concentrations,different length and thickness of cuttings,and different branches on the rooting of P.pentagona were studied.Result shows that the cutting roots have great influence on cutting roots.Cutting length being 8-12 cm,thickness being 0.3-0.5 cm,middle cuttings,IBA 700 mg·L-1 soaking the base for 2 hare the most favorable conditions for the cuttings rooting,and the rooting rate is over 92%.
