摘要

目的:探讨乳杆菌活菌制剂联合甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道炎临床效果。方法:收治细菌性阴道炎患者100例,随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组采用甲硝唑治疗,观察组采用乳杆菌活菌制剂联合甲硝唑治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率、不良反应发生率和复发率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乳杆菌活菌制剂联合甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道炎临床效果显著,安全性高。
        Objective:To explore the clinical effect of lactobacillus live preparation combined with metronidazole in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis.Methods:100 patients with bacterial vaginitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with metronidazole,the observation group was treated with lactobacillus live preparation combined with metronidazole,we compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate,adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of lactobacillus live preparation combined with metronidazole in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis was significant,the security was high.
